• Document a full job description from the client.

  • Source the applicant via file search, advertise in printed and electronic media and head hunt.

  • Interview the candidates and draw up a full and detailed CV.

  • Reference checks will be conducted on short listed candidates when required.

  • Short list the candidates and refer the candidate‚Äôs CV to the client for their perusal and consideration.

  • Once the client has made a selection of candidates that they would like to interview the consultant will schedule the interviews.

  • Once the client has decided on the most suitable candidate a contract, supplied by the client, will be forwarded to the candidate.
